UNEC’s Academic Building No. 3 is located at 194 M. Mukhtarov Street, Yasamal District, Baku.
UNEC’s Academic Building No. 3 was reconstructed in 2020, preserving the fasade of the old building, and put into use for students. The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the First Vice-President, Mehriban Aliyeva, attended the opening ceremony of the new academic complex.
Built in a modern architectural style and meeting contemporary campus standards, the building accommodates more than 3,000 students studying in technical and technological fields. Comprehensive conditions have been created to ensure a high-quality educational process. The facility includes spacious classrooms and lecture halls, language laboratories, modern laboratories, a sports hall, a library, large and small conference halls, as well as a cafeteria and recreational areas.

The total area of the building is 13,196.2 m². The four-story academic building includes 7,997.7 m² allocated to offices for administrative, academic, and structural units, 2,278.3 m² for classrooms, 241.5 m² for library facilities, 340.1 m² for the cafeteria, 123.1 m² for kitchen services, and 127.4 m² for the restaurant.
The café covers 33.0 m², the sports hall occupies 418.3 m², the assembly hall covers 424.7 m², multi-purpose laboratories account for 1,208.1 m², and the medical unit occupies an area of 20 m².
