Individuals who have obtained a state-recognized certificate of completion of full secondary education, secondary specialized education, or higher education are eligible to apply to higher education institutions.
Students currently enrolled in higher or secondary specialized education institutions (except those in their graduating year) are not eligible to participate in the admission competition for higher education institutions.
The maximum score an applicant can obtain in the first stage of the admission examination is 300 points in total, with a maximum of 100 points per subject.
At UNEC, instruction is delivered in four languages: Azerbaijani, English, Russian, and Turkish.
