Born on November 25, 1975, in Gadabay district.
From 1993 to 1997, he completed his Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering of Azerbaijan Technical University, and from 1997 to 1999, he pursued his Master’s studies at the same faculty.
In 1999, he graduated with honors from the Master’s program in Industrial Electronics at the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering.
From 2001 to 2004, he studied as a postgraduate (aspirant) at the Institute of Physics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).
During 2003-2004, he was a DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) scholarship holder and completed a research internship at the University of Bremen, Federal Republic of Germany.
In 2007, he successfully defended his candidate dissertation in the specialty 01.04.04 – Physical Electronics at the Institute of Physics of ANAS and, by decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.

From 2009 to 2014, he served as a Senior Lecturer at Azerbaijan Technical University, and since 2014, he has held the position of Associate Professor at the same university.
He is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Department of International Economics and Business of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
