The "One Window" service has been operating at UNEC since 2019. The goal is to enable students to obtain required educational documents by applying to a single center. Through this system, students can apply for the preparation of an educational certificate via their personal cabinet 24/7.
The One Window service provides students with academic transcripts, certificates of enrollment, tuition fee statements, graduation certificates, and certified copies of other educational documents. Once prepared, the document is verified with a signature and seal, and sent to the student's personal cabinet in PDF format with a QR code.
Students can access their class schedules, learning materials, exam results, and other information by logging into their personal accounts.
By logging into their accounts, teachers can upload teaching materials, monitor attendance, and evaluate students.
EDUMAN System
The EDUMAN System implemented at UNEC aims to digitalize the academic process and enhance overall efficiency. Distinguished by its simple and functional structure, the system consolidates the university’s core academic information on a unified platform.
Through the EDUMAN system, it is possible to oversee all key stages of the educational process in real time. The system enables users to track class schedules promptly and obtain comprehensive information about groups formed for each course.

Hybrid Classrooms
UNEC has introduced hybrid classrooms as part of its innovative educational approaches. These classrooms allow students to participate in lessons both in traditional and online formats, thereby increasing flexibility and accessibility in education.
Hybrid classrooms support the development of individualized learning trajectories and enhance interactivity throughout the teaching process. UNEC now operates 100 hybrid classrooms, and efforts to expand this number are ongoing.
