The main purpose of the Quality Assurance Department is to establish and further develop the quality assurance system at the University, as well as to assess and improve the quality of educational services.
The Quality Assurance Department is a functional structural unit directly subordinated to the Rector, responsible for preparing and implementing proposals related to ensuring, enhancing, and developing the quality of teaching and social services in a higher education institution, supporting the formation of a student-centred learning environment, and monitoring the quality of methodological materials related to the teaching process and the application of state standards.
The Department also studies advanced practices aligned with European higher education standards and relevant to the University’s fields of activity, ensures their implementation, and submits proposals to the University leadership in this regard. In addition, it oversees the evaluation of teaching quality based on the quality assurance model and ensures supervision of the organization of preparation processes for local and international accreditation.
